Trade-off can be described as choice among a set of corporative operations in order to create Hetero geneity in the process of strategic renewal. The strategic Trade-off of GE enlightened that enterprises should attach importance on the Key Industrial Driving Factors, which are transformed as measurable performance indexes. The success of GE can be used for more references for Chinese corporations, which are short of the habits of strategic programming, as well as lack of strategic implementation.
