摘要
由于一直受到教育体制的结构性制约,目前国内语言学研究者的知识结构总体仍然不平衡,造成研究中尤其是理论和形式化研究方面的缺憾。“外国语言学及应用语言学”硕士研究生教育不应过分偏重应用和学科交叉部分,理论基础应当受到足够的重视;反映在课程设置上,语言学的核心分支应当设为必修课程,这不仅是为了体现理论与应用的辩证关系,更重要的是出于其知识结构方面的考虑。
Our education system has caused graduate students in linguistics to have ill-balanced knowledge structure, which profoundly undermines their performance in linguistic research, especially in theoretical and formal areas. Instead of focusing only on the applied and inter-disciplinary aspects, MA students in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics ought to pay due attention to the theoretical basis. Accordingly, kernel branches of linguistics must be emphasized in the syllabus, which not only embodies the relationship between theory and application, but also stresses the balanced structure of linguistic knowledge.
