摘要
适度的身体锻炼能促使人体内释放内啡肽,使人产生欣快和镇静,降低应激反应,消除疲劳,增加社会交往,具有成就效应……。据此,本文从身体锻炼的心理效应角度提出,身体锻炼是接触忧郁反应的有效途径,并为人们提出一个进行适度身体锻炼的指导方案,供人们参考。
The moderate degree of physical exercise can increase the release of endorphin in the body,make one feel happy and calm,decrease the reaction of stress,eliminate the staleness,increase the social interaction,make one have the feeling of achievement and so on.According to the effect of physical exercise on mental health.It was presented that physical exercise is the valid way of relieving depression,and instruction proposal for the moderate degree of physical exercise was provided.
