摘要 本文综述了热环境中限制人体运动能力的因素及提高运动能力的一些措施。热环境中限制人体运动能力的因素包括 :肌糖原的快速消耗、脱水、体温过高和输氧能力下降 ,其中体温过高是主要限制因素 ;提高热环境中运动能力的措施包括 :运动前降低人体温 ,运动前过量水合 ,运动中补水、补盐和补糖及热适应等。 This paper summarized the limits to exercise performance and the measures to enhance exercise performance in the heat.Limits to exercise performance in the heat include:earlier muscle glycogen depletion,dehydration,hyperthermia and decrease of oxygen transportation capacity.Hyperthermia may be the critical determinant of exercise performance. Methods for exercise performance enhancement include:precooling,prehydration,Water,carbohydrate and electrocyte intake during prolonged exercise and heat acclimation.
