摘要
为了使学生在体育教学过程中 ,建立并保持稳定的学习积极性和良好的心理状态 ,教师适时合理地运用心理暗示手段 ,将对学习效果起到积极的促进作用。另对体育教学中心理暗示的特点、作用、条件及运用四个方面作了讨论和分析。
In order to make students establisn and maintain a stable enthusiasm for learning and a good psychological state in the process of PE teaching,the teacher’s psychological hints at propet time will play a positive role for the effects of learning. The paper made several discussions and some analysis of psychological hints in four aspects of characteristics,function,condition and application in PE teaching.
