摘要
对 2 0名少年业体游泳运动员大强度训练前后血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL - 2R)进行了测试 ,并同步测试了T细胞亚群、NK细胞及血乳酸水平。实验结果表明 :训练后比安静时sIL - 2R明显下降 ,由此 ,因IL - 2介导的T细胞亚群、NK细胞的活化程度受到明显的抑制 ,使免疫系统机能受到影响。因此 ,应强调少年运动员的科学训练 ,减少易感病症的发生。
The serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)level is meaured on 20 spare time young swimming athletes by ELISA method before and after high intensity training.And the T cell subpopulations,the percent of NK cell in peripheral blood mononuclear cell and serum lactic acid are also measured simultaneously.The results show that the serum sIL-2R level decreases more significantly at the moment after training than that at quiet.And the percent of CD3,CD8 and NK cell in PBMC are also lowered after high intensity swimming training compared to quiet time.Therefore it is thought that high intensity swimming training can injure the immune system of young athletes.So it is important to strengthen scientific training on young athletes to lessen the succeptibility to infection and tumor.
