摘要
运用生产函数和余值法测算湖南省1990～2001年技术进步对经济增长的贡献率,分析了计算结果的可比性,讨论了目前科技进步效益指标的不完备性。
In this paper, a measurement of the contribution rate of technical change to economic growth of Hunan Province in 1990-2001 has obtained by production function method and remainder value method, The comparableness of the result of this empirical has analyzed, and the shortages of the methods to calculate beneficial indicators of technical change, the non-completeness of the indicators system, is discussed.
