Modeling and Simulation of Induction Heating System of Strip Steel

介绍了带钢感应加热温度控制系统的组成,建立了系统的数学模型,并对该系统进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果表明,本系统具有良好的控制品质,提高了抗干扰能力,完全满足带钢加热的要求。

This paper introduces briefly the composition of the temperature control system of strip steel in induction heating. Mathematical model of the system is established and computer simulation is made. The result of simulation shows that the system not only improves its anti-jamming capability but also completely meets the demand of heating strip steel because of its good controlling quality.
