摘要
研究了盐酸一硫酸法对粒度为1-5μm的四川硅微粉的纯化方法.最佳工艺条件为盐酸浓度20%;液固比:盐酸 溶液:硅微粉为1.5:1:硫酸浓度25%:液固比:硫酸:硅微粉为2:1;硫酸浸溶时间为12h.纯化处理后硅微粉中铁 的含量<60μg·g-1.
The study focuses on the purification method of Sichuan tiny silicon powder, the size being 1-5μm. The best processing conditions turned out to be as following: the consistency of hydrochloric acid is 20%, proportion of liquid and solid is 1.5 : 1; the consistency of sulphuric acid is 25%, proportion of liquid and solid is 1.5 : 1; soak and dissolution time of sulphuric acid is 12h. The final product is content of iron less than 60μg·g-1.
