A Probe of Clinical Law Educational Pattern and the Open Experimental Courses of Law Major

加强法学专业学生实践能力的培养,一直是我国法学教育中探讨的一个重要问题,文章拟就我国一 般本科院校,尤其是理工科院校中法律院系开设法学专业开放式实验课程--法律诊所课程的可行性和必 要性等问题进行论证,以期对提高一般院校法学专业学生实践能力和职业技能作出有益的探索。

How to strengthen the training of the practical ability of the students of Law Major has long been a knotty problem in the Law education in China. Combining with the features and conditions in the law schools and departments in ordinary colleges and universities in China, we' 11 demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of offeringopen experimental courses--law clinical program for law students in above mentioned colleges and departments,so as to make some helpful exploration for enhancing the practical ability and professional skill of the law students in ordinary colleges and universities.
