中国青少年吸烟危险因素的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the risk factors on Adolescent Smoking in China

目的探讨我国青少年吸烟的主要危险因素,为今后的研究和干预措施提供依据。方法利用 Meta 分析方法综合定量分析国内26篇关于青少年吸烟的危险因素的研究文献。结果合并 OR 值(95%CI)有统计学意义的前六位主要危险因素分别为:性别7.23(4.62,11.30)、老师吸烟5.82(1.44,23.56)、同伴吸烟5.51(3.29,9.21)、违纪行为3.53(2.82,4.41)、父母态度3.04(1.00,9.25)、吸烟正向态度2.41(1.61,3.61)。结论我国青少年吸烟的主要危险因素是性别、老师吸烟、同伴吸烟、违纪行为等。

Objective:To evaluate the risk factors of adolescent smoking in China and to provide evidence for later study and health promotion.Methods:The results of 26 studies on the risk factors of adolescent smoking from 1994 to 2003 were analyzed synthetically by Meta-analysis.Results:The pooled OR values(95% CI)of gender,teacher smoking,peer smoking,incorrect behaviors,parental attitude and adolescents' positive attitude to smoke are statistically significant.They are 7.23(4.62,11.30)、5.82(1.44,23.56)、5.51(3.29,9.21)、 3.53(2.82,4.41)、3.04(1.00,9.25)and2.41(1.61,3.61),respectively.Conclusions:The main risk factors of adolescent smoking in China are gender,teacher smoking,peer smoking and so on.
