Some Considerations of the Quality Strengthening Work in the Four-Year Education Program of Normal Colleges and Universities

目前 ,我国的高等教育正在从“精英型高等教育”向“大众化高等教育”阶段迈进。伴随高等教育大众化时代的来临 ,教育教学质量问题开始浮出水面 ,如何在“大众化高等教育”与保持教育教学质量不断提高间找到最佳平衡点 ,已成为我国教育界的热点问题。因此 ,以总结天水师范学院扩招后努力提高教学质量的实践经验为基础 ,以院校加强自身建设为切入点 ,对师范院校如何应对“大众化高等教育”与提高教学质量这一局势进行了深入剖析 。

At present, the higher education in our country is shi ft ing quickly from the “model of elite higher education” to the “the model of p opularized higher education ”. With the popularization of higher education in C hina, some problems concerning the quality of education and teaching begin to em erge. It is urgent to find a way to well balance the popularization of the highe r education and the work of keeping quality in the higher education, which has b ecome one of the hottest issues in the education circle. The article intends to sum up the practice of the university at which the writer of this article is wor king as an effort of coping with the problems while facing the situation of enla rged enrollment in the school. The article analyzes the situation to some depth and puts forward some countermeasures for reference, taking the self-strengtheni ng of the colleges and universities as an important base to appropriately fit th emselves into the enlarged enrollment of “popularized higher education”.
