回族教育改革的切入点及其思路

The Breaking Points Through and Some Thoughts of the Educational Reform for Muslims

回族家庭是构成回族社会最基本的组织。回族教育改革必须从唤醒广大回族家庭现代教育意识入手 ;同时 ,教育主管部门、社会、学校在直面回族教育问题时更应充分认识回民族特殊的教育需求 ,这是回族教育改革成败的关键。在回族家庭教育改革过程中 ,还应特别注重政府、社区的作用 ,回族女子教育与女童教育问题。

The Muslim families constitute the basic units of the Mu slim Society. The education reform for Muslims basically concerns with the awake ning of the modern education consciousness of those families. In the meantime, s chools, education administrative departments at different levels and the society should fully realize the special education needs of those Muslims, which is the key point in the successful education practice for those Muslims. In the course of the reform of the family education, the emphasis should be on the functions and roles of the administrative units and communities as well. Much more attenti on should be given to the issues concerning the education for children, especial ly for girls from Muslim families, the open practice of the family education, op timization of the external environment for Muslim families and the proper respon ses to the issues from the schools.
