机器人等离子熔射路径对皮膜残余应力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过对Z字形、Z字形变向 4 5°、Z字形变向 6 0°、Z字形变向 90°四种等离子熔射路径的皮膜残余应力进行测试和比较 ,得出Z字形变向 90°的熔射路径优于其他三种路径的实验结果 。 A robotic path planning method was developed to confirm the optimal trajectory through comparing the four types of robotic plasma spraying paths. Especially the ‘Z’ type changing 90° path is better than the others for the residual stress distribution of the coating as uniform as possible during the plasma spraying process. The experiment results appear that the different scanning directions have great effect on the residual stress distribution of the coating, which offers basis for setting reasonable plasma spray technology parameters.
