摘要
把预应力钢筋混凝土组合板改进为预制部分采用预应力轻骨料混凝土薄板、后浇部分采用普通混凝土现浇的组合板;并对组合板进行二阶段制造、二次受力的实物实验和理论分析,得到了组合板二次受力时的正截面受力性能以及组合面为自然粗糙面时结合面对组合板整体性能的影响.由于改进后的组合板具有轻骨料混凝土自重轻以及预应力钢筋混凝土组合板两者的优点,可大大增加组合结构的应用范围.
This paper introduces information on replacing the prestressed reinforced concrete composite slab with a combined slab whose prefab part was made of lightweight aggregate concrete and casting part was made of common concrete.After studying its two-stage production and two-stage loading experiment, we get characteristics of sections and effects of the whole capability of a combined slab whose interface is a natural rough surface. It will greatly broaden the combined slab's application because this slab combines the advantages of lightweight aggregate concrete and of the prestressed reinforced concrete composite slab.
