Artemia Sinica为山西运城盐湖特有种,我们于1991年5月在运城盐化局一工段涝取成虫,立即用4％的福尔马林溶液浸制,将成虫50条取其消化道,挤出内容物,容于100毫升蒸馏水并搅匀,取其中的水溶液做成50目装片,全部在显微镜下镜检,镜检结果如下: 1.50目装片中所包括的种类:原生动物3种,藻类4种和有机质碎屑。 2.50目装片中有机质碎屑最多,其次为绿色杜氏藻和盐生杜氏藻,隐杆藻属和原生动物则较少。 在实验室人工饲养以盐生杜氏藻作为饵料效果最佳。

Artemia sinica is a special species in the saltlake Shanxi Yuncheng. The content material in the digesting tube of it by microscope and consist of (1) that Protozoa are Ciliata sp. , Paromecium bursonia Foeke, Slentor Sp. and (2) that Algaep are Pinnularic, Aphanothece, Dunaliella viridis Teodoresco, D. salina Teod. The study result shows that Dunalilla salina Teod is good bait for the nature of Artemia sinica at laboratory.
