摘要
本文对影响土地利用的三重框架,进行了论述,并指出人们对土地和不动产资源的利用均发生在自然、经济和社会条件这三重框架之内。
The articde discusses the triple frame of the influence on land utilization and points out that people's utilization of land and immovable property resourles all takes place in the triple frame of nature, economy and social conditions.
