测量定位误差度量与测点布局规划 被引量：6

摘要 分析了测量点误差对定位精度的影响,定义了两个与制造任务相关且具有坐标变换不变性的定位误差度量指标,并由此诱导出与参考坐标系的选取无关的定位误差控制指标,在此基础上提出了一个高效的测点布局规划算法.另外还解释了测量点饱和现象,指出测量点数目足够大时,优化测点布局对提高定位精度无明显帮助.
