教育支出与居民经济承受能力差距增大,高校扩招,以及大学生诚信缺失是导致高校学生欠费的主要原因;要进一步完善资助贫困大学生制度,同时要倡导贫困大学生自立自强。

College students' arrears of tuition fees result from the increasing disparities between citizen's expenditure in education and per capita disposable income,and expanding enrollment of higher education.However, the lack of students' honesty and loyalty is the key point of the arrears.The way out for healing this stubborn disease should be focused on improving the sponsor system for the students with financial problem, cultivating their awareness of honesty and loyalty, and sparkplugging their self-reliance awareness.
