以学科建设推动民办高校内涵式发展——以浙江省国际经济与贸易重点学科为例

Promote the Intension-type Development of Private Colleges &Universities with Construction of Courses:Taking as An Example the Zhejiang Provincial Major Course of International Economy & Trade

民办高校在经历了快速扩张之后,正面临从以"空间、规模和硬件"为主的外延式发展转向以"效益、质量和软件"为核心的内涵式发展的重要时期。本文以浙江树人大学省级重点学科的建设成果为例,从提高科研能力、培养师资队伍和推进专业建设三个方面,分析学科建设对推动民办高校内涵式发展的效用,以期引发人们对民办高校学科建设的思考与研究。

After their rapid expansion, private colleges and universities are undergoing the important period of transforming from the extensional development taking 'space, scope and hardware' as the main form to the intension-type development which regards 'effects, quality and software' as the core. Taking as an example the construction of a provincial major course of Zhejiang Shuren University, the paper analyses the effects of the construction of courses on the intension-type development of private colleges and universities from the three aspects of scientific research, teachers' training and specialties construction so as to initiate people's reflections and study of the development of courses in private colleges and universities.
