运用FEM对挤压组合凹模进行优化设计

Optimizd Design of the Combined Extrusion Die by FEM

运用FEM建立了挤压组合凹模的参数化模型 ,在此基础上进行结构参数的优化设计和应力分析 ,并与常规优化设计作比较。比较结果表明 ,FEM优化结果比常规优化结果更经济。

The parameterized model of the combined extrusion die has been built by FEM,on the basis of which,optimized design of the structure parameters and analysis of the stress distribution have been made and compared with the routine optimized design.The comparison results show that the FEM optimized result is more economical than the routine one.It provides a reference for the optimized designs of the combined dies under the action of temperature field and local uneven loads.
