给出了卡簧弯曲自动卸件模实用结构 ,介绍了模具工作过程和结构特点。该弯曲模带有自动卸件装置 ,可使成形的工件自动卸下 ,避免了手工卸件 。
A practical structure for the bending die with an automatic stripping mechanism for forming the snap springs is introduced.The working process and structure characteristic of the die are stated.With the automatic stripping mechanism,the die can automatically unload the workˉpieces formed from the die without manual operation and has high work efficiency.
