摘要
喷嘴的结构、射流方式和射流速度等水力学设计参数是影响PDC钻头性能的关键因素,井底清岩和冷却切削齿是其突出问题。文中综合考虑了各参数对流场的影响,为PDC钻头的水力学优化设计提供了依据。
Hydraulics design parameter such as structure of nozzle,jet style and jet speed are the key factors that affect the properties of PDC drill bit, removing rock from bottom of hole and cooling cutters is obvious problem. The paper fully considers the influence of each parameter to the flow field, which offers certain reference for hydraulics optimization design for PDC drill bit
