Elimination of Nozzle Clogging by Substitution Si for Al as Deoxidant

摘要 一些Al镇静钢在优化钢包渣成分和控制FeSi中Al和Ca含量的条件下有被Si镇静钢取代的趋势。Si镇静钢的优点是可以消除水口堵塞,钢的纯净度与Al镇静钢相近。 A universally acknowledged trend is that the Al killed steel is gradually replaced by Si killed steel although the Al killed steel is believed to be able to optimize the slag compositions in ladle and control Al and Si contents in the Fe Si alloy. The advantage of Si killed steel is to be able to eliminate the nozzle clogging and the cleanliness of the Si killed steel is very close to the Al killed steel.
