Development and application of diagnosis model for operative blast furnace profile with copper cooling stave

利用自组织特征映射人工神经网络理论(SOFM),开发了一个高炉操作炉型诊断管理模型。通过将该模型 用于分析武钢1号高炉的炉型管理,发现利用该模型可以及时分析高炉操作炉型的波动及变化,从而帮助高炉操作 人员调整炉况,维护高炉的稳定顺行。

A management model for diagnosis of blast furnace operative profile has been developed based on self organizing feature map(SOFM) and is applied in analysis of WISCO’s No.1 blast furnace. This model is useful for timely analyzing the fluctuation and variation of operative blast furnace profile and can assist the operator in regulating the furnace operation and keeping the furnace in stable running.
