煤炭企业大户营销及对集团化战略的影响与对策分析

摘要 随着市场经济的发展 ,竞争日趋激烈 ,煤炭企业实施大户营销策略是大势所趋。大户营销策略的实施 ,既有力地推动了煤炭上下游企业的联合 ,促进了煤炭企业产业链的延长 ,又有力地促进了相对规模较小的煤炭企业之间的联合 。 Growing market economy makes increasing competition in China's market.In this situation,the big-consumer marketing policy has to be adopted as a trend in coal enterprises,which not only streamlines all the sections for coal production,processing and marketing and promotes the expansion of business links of coal enterprise,but also promotes the collectivization of the relatively small coal enterprises,resulting in actualizing the collectivization strategy in China's coal industry.
