摘要
研究了轴件运动力学参数电磁无损检测的基本原理和实现方法 .应用信号处理与波形转换技术 ,将对轴件运动与力学参数的检测转换为对时间量的计测 ;推导出时间域的计测量与轴件动态参数之间的理论关系 ;阐明了单片机数据采集技术与计算机定量处理方法 .为轴件运动与力学参数的非接触式、实时、在线、定量。
The principle and method of axial member's motion and mechanics parameters testing in electromagnetic nondestructive way are studied in this paper. The detection of axial member's motion and mechanics parameters are converted to the calculation of time variable based on the signal processing and the conversion of wave-form. The relation between the detection time variable and the dynamic parameters is deduced. The data acquisition technique by microcontroller and the quantitative processing method by computer are expounded. It provides a theoretic basis and an effective method for the motion and mechanics parameter detection of axial member and the detection can be realized in non-contact, real-time, quantitative, virtual way.
