首先简要介绍了宽带接入网的发展状况和主要应用,接下来重点分析比较了各种宽带点到点有源光纤系统和宽带点到多点无源光纤系统的特点和发展,最后指出我国的发展将可能跨越APON、BPON和EPON阶段,从宽带点到点以太网光纤系统和GEPON开始,乃至很快过渡到GPON阶段。

Firstly, this article introduces status quo and application of broadband access network. Secondly, it analyzes all sorts of broadband point-to-point active system and one point to multi-point passive fiber system in particular. Finally, it points out that China might span APON, BPON and EPON, start from broadband point-to-point Ethernet fiber system and GEPON, and even adopt GPON directly.
