摘要
利用激光熔覆技术对FeBSiNiCr稀土铁基合金进行了水玻璃和纤维素为粘结剂的2组正交试验。通过表面质量分析、能谱分析、显微硬度试验和扫描电镜金相组织分析,找到了较理想的FeBSiNiCr稀土系列铁基合金激光熔覆工艺与熔覆层配方成分,解决了铁基合金激光熔覆中存在的容易开裂、氧化和气孔等问题。
An orthogonal experiment for studying the laser cladded FeBSiNiCr-RE iron-based alloys with different binders of water glass and fibrin was carried out. The ideal composition and technology of laser cladding layer were obtained through a series of SEM, EDX micro-analyses and mirohardness test. The prob;lems of cracking, oxidation and gas holes were solved successfully.
