摘要
介绍了成形法磨削圆柱齿轮的加工特点和最小二乘圆弧及其连续圆弧的求解过程。在曲线已离散化的基础上 ,通过对离散点用连续圆弧替代最小二乘圆弧拟合 ,解决了圆柱齿轮数控成形磨削砂轮轴向修形的光顺问题和逼近精度 。
The machining characteristics of mold grinding cylinder gear and the solving process of least square circle arc and continuous circular arc are introduced in this paper. On the based of curve discretization,the discrete points are interpolated using continuous circular arc instead of least square circle arc, which resolved the smoothing problem and approximate accuracy to shape axile sectional of grinding wheel for numerical control mold grinding cylinder gear. The example illustrates the method is effective in the use.
