摘要
基于电磁检测原理提出了受扭构件剪应变的非接触式实时在线定量检测方法 ,设计了以AT89C5 2为核心的旋转构件角应变检测系统。介绍了该系统的功能、硬件构成、软件设计及其实现。仿真实验表明 ,该系统运行可靠 ,检测准确 。
A method of non-contact real-time on-line quantitative detection of angular strain is put forward based on electromagnetic detection principle. A angular strain detection system is designed based on AT89C52. The system function, hardware structure and software design are also given. Simulation experiment shows that the system can work properly and detect rightly, obviously it has the value to be used in practical projects.
