摘要
针对电动机易发的过负荷故障 ,在分析电动机的发热机理和传统的反时限过负荷保护存在问题的基础上 ,提出了一套基于热积累、负序电流等因素的电动机过负荷智能保护设计方案 ,力求真实全面地反映电动机过负荷时的实际情况 。
Because electric motor always turn up the trouble of overload, this paper analyses heat mechanism of electric motor and the problems of traditional counter-interval overload protection, and gives the overload intelligence protection precept basis on heat accumulation and negative series current. This paper strains after reflecting practical of overload of electric motor truthfully and all-sidedly, raises the protecting reliability.
