The advancement of modern enterprise depends not only on the advancement of technology, renewal of product and optimization of external environment, but also on improving of staff quality. With the steady adopt on of new technology, the staff of enterprise are requested to study new knowledge and raise their labour skill, they want obtain more chance to learn new knowledge and the chance of being trained,so the establishment of enterprise of studying type will be accounted into management level's consideration, vocational training of staff will be given a new and deep mission.
