比较基因组杂交技术在淋巴瘤遗传学研究中的应用

摘要 目的 采用基因组杂交 (CGH)技术 ,探讨淋巴瘤的分子遗传学特征。方法 获取 10例淋巴瘤患者的活检淋巴结组织 ,以CGH技术检测淋巴瘤基因组DNA拷贝数的变化。结果  10例淋巴瘤患者中 ,2例有DNA扩增 ,1例有DNA缺失 ,1例DNA扩增和缺失同时存在 ,另 6例未见基因组异常。结论 CGH技术是淋巴瘤遗传学研究中的有用工具。 Objective To explore the molecular genetic features of lymphoma by means of CGH (comparative genomic hybridization) technique.Methods Biopsy specimens of lymph nodes were obtained from 10 cases of lymphoma patients. The changes of DNA copies number (e.g.deletion and amplification) were detected using the CGH technique.Results 2 cases with DNA amplification,1case with DNA deletion,1 case with both DNA amplification and DNA deletion,were found in 10 cases of the lymphoma patients.Other cases were not found genomic abnormality.Conclusion The CGH technique is an useful tool in the genetic study of lymphoma.
