摘要 分析了液压冲击器的反弹冲击现象及其不利影响,为克服其不足之处,特设计了一种新型的防反弹冲击缓冲装置,利用液压缓冲垫吸收反弹冲击能量,液压能在液压碎石冲击器冲程时再释放出来,使能量浪费少,系统效率高,并且液压缓冲装置吸振效果好,使用寿命长。经分析表明,该装置能从根本上消除反弹冲击对液压冲击器的不利影响,具有重要的意义。 This paper analyzes the phenomenon of rebound impact and its disadvantageous influence on the present hydraulic breaker. In order to get over its shortcomings, a new anti-rebound cushion device of hydraulic breaker was designed to prevent the phenomenon of rebound impact. This paper introduces the structure and the operation principle of the anti-rebound cushion device. It makes use of hydraulic cushion to absorb the rebound impact energy, which can be released out for next stroke of the hydraulic breaker. Thus, there is little loss of energy, and the efficiency of the impact system is relatively high. Besides, the effect of absorbing impact of the hydraulic anti-rebound cushion is fine, and makes the using life longer. The device can greatly avoid the disadvantageous influence of rebound impact. By setting up dynamics model and motion equation of the anti-rebound cushion device, we get the optimum frequency ratio and damping ratio, and according to which the optimum parameters of the anti-rebound cushion device of hydraulic breaker is able to be designed.
