基于真实储蓄理论的重庆市可持续发展评价

Evaluation of Chongqing’s Sustainable Development Based on Theory of Genuine Saving

可持续发展作为当代一种全新的发展理念,具有深远的意义。采用真实储蓄理论对重庆市可持续发展的水平进行了评价。得出重庆市的真实储蓄和真实投资的绝对值均为正值,其中真实投资处于上升趋势,真实储蓄处于下降趋势。表明重庆市在短期内的发展会较大,但长期的发展方向向不可持续状态发展的可能性较大。因此,必须采取措施扭转这种发展趋势。

As a brand-new development concept,sustainable development has a profound significance.The sustainable development in Chongqing was evaluated in this paper on the basis of the theory of genuine saving.According to the results,both genuine saving and genuine investment were positive,but the former was on up-trend and the later was downtrend.It indicated that Chongqing would develop rapidly in short period,however,would be incline to unsustainable development in long term.So some measures need to be taken to turn this trend in Chongqing.
