摘要 对国内外有关脆性材料的磨削模式及表面粗糙度的研究进展进行了综述 ,为获得高质量的脆性材料产品、实施脆性材料的精密与超精密磨削提供有益的参考。 The research status about the grinding modes and surface roughness of brittle materials at home and abroad are summarized. The reference for gaining better products and operating precise and ultraprecise grinding brittle materials is provided.
