超声振动车削组合系统的共振分析

摘要 对超声振动车削系统进行了合理分解 ,分析计算了各子结构 (部件 )的机械阻抗 ,然后应用机械阻抗综合法求得组合系统的共振频率 ,为在试验中寻求系统的谐振点提供了理论依据。经过计算发现 ,变幅杆的长度对系统振动频率的影响不如弯曲刀杆显著。 The ultrasonic vibration turning system was divided appropriately into some subsystems, and the mechanical impedance of each subsystem was analyzed and calculated, then the resonance frequency of assembled system was worked out using impedance synthesis method. And so, the theoretical foundation was presented for seeking the resonance point of the system in experiments. The calculation result shows that the length of amplitude lever had less effect on the vibration frequency of the system than that of the curvature cutter holder.
