摘要
在分析高校投入产出的内容及其特征的基础上,确立了高校投资效益评价的程序,构建了一套评价高校投资效益的指标体系,并采用DEA方法进行了高校投资效益评价,评价结果验证了文中指标体系的合理性、科学性和完整性.
Through analyzing the contents and characteristics of college input and out, the article establishes the procedure for college investment benefit appraisal, constructs a set of guide line systems to scientifically evaluate the investment benefit.What's more, the paper adopts DEA method to make evaluation of college investment benefit, which testifies the rationality, practicability and integrity of the guideline system.
