The machinery,electricity and hydraulic in the graduation mechanism of the Gleason bevel gear milling machine have been analysized. The inner structure composition,the working principle and the possible failure of this mechanism have been discussed in this paper. The methods of removing the obstacles when the graduation failure appears in this mechanism has been introduced in detail.
