摘要
汽车覆盖件刚度是反映覆盖件使用性能的一项重要指标.如何评价覆盖件的刚度,目前尚没有统一的标准.为了建立覆盖件刚度的评价指标和检验标准,以扁壳类零件为模型,对不同材料、曲率半径(单曲)、弧高(双曲)及厚度的曲面扁壳类零件,利用自动测试装置得出载荷-挠度曲线.根据所得曲线对比分析了4种刚度评价指标,给出了弹性变形选取范围及K值的确定方法.研究结果表明这是一种比较准确适用的覆盖件刚度评价方法与评价指标.
Auto-body panels stiffness is an important index to evaluate their use. There has been no uniform criterion to evaluate the auto-body panels. In order to set the criterion of The load-deflection curves of the parts of shallow shell Kind, for different materials, different radius (single curve surface), different arc height (hyperboloid) and different thickness, are obtained using automatic testing device. The four Kinds of stiffness evaluation criteria are analyzed according to the obtained curves, and the scope of elastic deformation selected and the method to determine K value are ascertained. The research results indicate that K value is an accurate and appropriate criterion of auto-body panels.
