摘要 针对油气管道腐蚀缺陷定量计算精度难以提高的现状 ,依据腐蚀缺陷评价标准 ,定义缺陷外形尺寸 ,设计现场检测实验 ,并制作大量不同类别的样本缺陷用于实际实验检测 ,分析大量缺陷漏磁场数据 ,选取了量化缺陷外形的漏磁场特征 ,给出了缺陷外形和漏磁场特征的关系曲线 ,实验得出这些特征可有效量化缺陷外形尺寸。 The quantitative calculation of erosion flaw in oil-gas pipeline is difficult. According to the estimation criterion of the pipeline erosion flaw, the sizes of pipeline defects were defined, furthermore, lots of man-made defects were tested and compared each other. The relation between magnetic flux leakage and size of defect was analyzed. Some features of magnetic flux leakage were extracted to calculate the length, width and depth of defect. The relation between the characteristics of magnetic flux leakage and length, width and depth of defect was described by the dot and line. The result of experiment in lab proved the method of calculating defect size is effective.
