直接时效工艺制度对GH169合金组织的影响

摘要 采用XRD定量相分析方法及SEM、TEM技术 ,研究了不同时效制度下GH16 9合金中析出相含量的变化和组织结构特点。结果表明 :不同时效制度对析出相含量的影响不大 ,合金组织晶粒细小均匀 ,位错密度较高。 The phase content of the precipitates and structure of GH169 alloy directly aged in different temperature was investigated by XRD, SEM and TEM. The results showed that different age treatments have an weak effect on the phase content of the precipitates. The microstructure of alloy are equal-fine grain. Dislocation density is greater.
