铌硒化合物单晶的制备及其I-V曲线的测试

Synthesis of NbSe_3 Crystal and Testing of I-V Curve

用气相输运法成功制备出了铌硒化合物 (NbSe3 )单晶 ,用电子扫描电镜 (SEM )观测发现 :制备出的单晶结晶性很好。另外 ,还对制备出的单晶进行了不同温度下的I V曲线测试。

The synthesis condition of NbSe 3 crystal by vapor transport method were reported. The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observation showed that the crystallization of NbSe 3 is very good. Meantime,the testing of I-V curve was done.
