通过对Q2 35A热轧圆盘条抗拉强度的过程能力指数分析和对化学成分进行统计分析 ,确定了抗拉强度与化学成分的相关性 ,并建立和验证了两者之间的多元回归函数。在此基础上 ,用回归方程调整钢材的化学成分来提高过程能力指数。

Through analysing about the tensile strength course ability index and chemistry component of Q235A's hot rolled wire rods, the dependence between the tensile strength and the chemical composition was defined, and the regression between them was set up and verified plural. On the basis of adjusting the chemical composition of the steel through regression equation, the ability index of the course was raised.
