This paper describes the Multiplex Time-Digit Conversion (TDC) system used in Electron Energy Loss Coincident Spectrometer (EELCS). For meeting the requirement of the EELCS, we designed a new multiplex TDC which can record the arriving time of several ions generated in one event. A satisfactory experiment result was given in the paper.
