摘要
介绍了数值仿真技术在石油套管制造中的应用。通过石油套管制造过程的模拟仿真,可以在设计阶段发现潜在的问题,降低原材料成本,优化产品制造工艺,缩短产品研制周期,加快产品投向市场的步伐,增加产品的质量和可靠性。为石油套管制造工艺由经验制订向理论制订的转变奠定坚实的基础,提高石油套管产品的技术含量,增强国际竞争能力。
Application of the numerical simulation technology to the process of the oil well casing pipe manufacturing can find potential problem in phase of design- and reduce the raw material cost and optimize production process- and shorten the manufacturing cycle and improve the quality and reliability of the product and speed up it to the market- thus laying a firm base for the change from theory to practice and raising the technological content of casing pipe- and boost up international competitive power.
