摘要 建立了座舱玻璃MDYB 3划伤模型,通过大量试验得出了MDYB 3玻璃表面裂纹断裂韧度和表面划伤扩展门槛值,建立了座舱玻璃划伤剩余强度准则和划伤容限计算方法,基于试验和分析结果,给出了9mm厚MDYB 3玻璃划伤容限值,为外场划伤分析处理提供了简便易行的方法。 A scratch geometry model of aircraft cabin glass is established through the investigation on the causes of scratch yielding and census of the scratch defects. Specimens of MDYB-3 glass are tested to obtain the fracture toughness of surface cracks and the threshold of scratch propagation, then the prediction methods of the residual strength and the scratch tolerance for the MDYB-3 glass with scratch defects are developed. The scratch tolerance value of MDYB-3 glass plate of 9mm thickness is determined based on the experimental results and analysis, which provides a simple method for the treatment of scratch defects in aircraft disposed outfield.
