摘要 综述了国内外关于微波冻干的实验和理论研究情况,并重点讨论了其中传热传质和电磁场分布的相互影响。简要介绍了微波冻干装置和温度的测量。温度测量目前以微波屏蔽测温管和热敏电阻与高阻导线测温传感器2种方法最为合适。 Research of microwave freeze-drying is reviewed. The interaction between heat and mass transfer and electromagnetic field is discussed. The temperature during drying process can be measured with microwave shield pipe or high resistance wire temperature sensor.
