纳米铬酸锶镧制备及烧结行为 被引量:1

Preparation and Sintering Behavior of Nano-scale La_(1-x)Sr_xCrO_3 Powder

摘要 采用sol gel法制备了铬酸锶镧纳米粉体 ,并用纳米粉体制成了烧结体。利用XRD、TEM及SEM方法研究了不同条件下粉末样品的物相组成、形貌及烧结体的形貌。结果表明 ,随着锶掺杂量的增加 ,La1 xSrxCrO3(x =0~0 4 )粉料的粒径逐渐变小。随煅烧温度的增高 ,粒径逐渐增大 ,其最佳合成温度为 80 0℃。 La_(1-x)Sr_xCrO_3 nanometer powder was prepared by sol-gel method. The crystal structure of the calcined powder and morphology of the sintered samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) ,TEM and SEM. The results show that the partical-diameters decrease with the increase of Sr quantity,and increase with the synthesize temperature. The best sintered temperature is about 800℃. The influence of binder content and the molding pressure on the distribution and size of the pores in sintered samples is significant.
